There is a little bit of truth here…I am constantly worried about being sued.  Constantly.

First it was if we could use THe Shock Master.  Now it is if we breach the rules of copywrite by using a character owned by a publishing company for our fictional and entirely non-profitable energy drink.

Not that the guys at Dynamite Entertainment would sue us.  I mean, they are too busy putting out quality books each month such as Voltron, The Boys and of course The Green Hornet.  You should really check them out and spend mass amounts of your money there.

Although, if they do want some kind of renumeration I am more than happy to write a series or two for the for free.  Cos I’m a nice guy.
